Friday's busy class

We had a busy class today, even though our three Joan's were all away. The cards made today were the same as wednesday's evening class plus a couple of new ones. Here are the 'giggle girls' with their cards and Lesley with hers. Excellent cards made by everyone today. Debbie predicted she would win the raffle - and she did.
We have got a date for the Stampin Up demonstrator, it's friday 11th May. This would normally be a class day anyway. Any of the ladies from our other classes are, of course, very welcome. If you have made arrangements for that date or are on holiday, no problem, just cancel it !

See you next tuesday class.

We miss you

We have had an email from Joan (Lewin) who has been unwell for a few months now. She is still having tests and still doesn't know what the root of her problem is yet. We wish her well and miss her in class. The guillotine has never been so idle ! Lol. Get well soon Joan.x

Birthdays

We had a little celebration on Tuesday this week as Lesley and Eileen both had birthdays. Happy birthday to you both. Also happy birthday on Monday 1st to Linda.

Last night at Tagg's we did the topiary card, for those who hadn't seen it previously, a lilac heart themed card for a friend and a couple of Lucy Attwell decoupage cards. Jenny 1 and Jenny 2 and Lesley 2 showing their works of art!

Sunday, 15 April 2012

On tuesday we will be giving our brains a little rest, as you will be spritzing stamps and designing your own cards ! Don't panic, we will help lol.

Easter holiday

Of course the schools being on holiday meant there were grandchildren getting bored! These two, Lily and Stan, were not amongst them. Their creations were so good and Stan is only 6 years old !

Friday's class

Today we did an art deco card, a topiary aperture card, a ' klever konstruction' step card and a London scene for the men. Here are some of the excellent results.
